Pictures of Our Little House

The above picture is taken from the end of the alley kitchen.
The desk is sitting where the washer / dryer will sit.

This picture (above) was taken from the back far corner of the bedroom.

The hot water heater is concealed in the white "box" above.

Back Porch

Brad is working very hard to close in our back porch. It is coming along nicely and we are looking forward to its completion.
Here are some images. Clay makes sure that his daddy doesn't make any mistakes.

Fun Around the House

Clay still enjoys playing in the pantry. And, we don't mind at all. He stacked three cans of Sprite and almost had the fourth before they toppled over.

Saturday evening Shane, Sandi, Matthew, C.J. and Gerald and Jerri came over to watch the GA / FL game. Clay had a lot of fund playing with Matthew and C.J. enjoyed sleeping, being held, and admired by all. At one point Clay's shirt had to come off because he spilled water all over himself. He can't stand to wear one part of his clothing without the other so, the shorts had to come off too. Him in his diaper, shoes, and the pom pom had to be captured by the camera.

Fall Fun

Tonight Clay and I went trick or treating with a group from my high school. Work high school that is. (Brad was hunting.) We rode on a tailer of hay and rode through the neighborhood(s) making frequent stops. Clay quickly got the hang of it although he only ate one oreo out of his rewards. Thankfully, we didn't get that much candy and one sweet lady was giving out fruit. He was known as Bob the Builder and his pager went off frequently all evening.
In case you are interested, click on the link to see information about our little house that is for sale. I tried to upload a picture of the outside, but it wouldn't go.

Church Fall Festival

Meme getting a face painting and Clay driving the tractor.

The tractor hayride at our church's fall festival. It was a highlight of the evening.

Our Mule. We are enjoying it. Since we have had it, for a month or so now, I have taken off the trash more times in this month than I have the entire time Brad and I have been married. I drive the Mule of course.

Brad is working hard to enclose the back porch. This picture is old. We now have the windows in and hardy plank on the outside. It looks good.

Clay likes playing in his toy box and putting stuff in the little oven.

Jon, Betty, and Emma Kate have resigned their positions at our church and are no longer with us. We miss them greatly but know they are in the Lord's plan for their life.

Summer Reflection

I had all intentions of creating a full blown summer reflection of our summer travels but failed to do so and now I am just going to move on and post what is current. We had a fantastic summer. We did visit with Clay's Nana and Pa at the lake one week-end and then had one last visit to Mayo before school went back into session. And somewhere in there Clay was able to spend two week-ends at the beach. And did I mention the zoo? We also went to the zoo in Jacksonville. Enjoy the pictures.
